While a change only required 50%, the filing included signatures from 62% of all property owners (and over 70% of people contacted).
The amendments will assure that our ridge lines, which were carefully crafted by the original developers, will be preserved by ensuring that any new construction will honor the maximum heights for each lot determined before original construction. Also, the View Line from the past View Guideline, which protects views from vegetation growing to block them (but was deleted by the CRC in a surprise modification in 2023), is now codified in our Covenants where it will endure.
