With over 50% of all Division 8 property owners’ signatures, it amends two sections in our covenant:
Section 4 APPROVAL OF PLANS BY BUILDING COMMITTEE:
Protects ridgelines, many views and the flow of our neighborhood. Retainers previously determined resident max height while allowing for reasonable waivers with neighbors’ consent
Section 10 FENCES AND HEDGES:
Clarifies what “unnecessarily interfere with the view of another residence” means, cleans up “grandfathered”, includes views from all rooms on main floor and empowers the CRC to enforce
